Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineering is an incredibly broad field spanning many levels of abstraction. For example, one might be a custom integrated circuit designer, a board-level designer using discrete components, or a system integrator using commercial-of-the-shelf boards. While each of these professionals works extensively with circuits, the knowledge and skills required is quite different at each level. My experience as an electrical engineer spans these different levels, giving me a solid foundation in the field.

- High Capacity Wireless CT Data Link: Consulting with Analogic to increase significantly increase the data rate of the wireless data link in commercial CT scanners.
- Low-Power ADC Custom ASIC: Design, layout, and manufacture of a low-power ADC with a dual-slope / algorithmic hybrid topology.
- Evolverilog: Evolving Verilog hardware designs using genetic algorithms.
