Educational Research Statistician, Olin College (Spring 2011)

There is a great interest in engineering education among students and faculty at my school, Olin College of Engineering. Professors Jonathon Stolk and Robert Martello are specifically examining the affect of pedagogical style on different types of student motivation. My role on the team was to perform contribute to discussions in research meetings and investigate resulting questions. I performed statistical analysis and produced visualizations in the R programming language and SPSS software environments to present at meetings and to include in research publications.
