Searching for a Global Environmental Kuznet's Curve (Fall 2011)

I investigated the relationship between economic factors and indicators of environmental performance using Bayesian statistics and Python for a Computational Probability and Statistics course. As it turns out, economic development only improves environmental performance when there is a direct impact on human health. For especially indirect impacts (climate change), economic development worsens environmental performance. Read the full analysis here.
