Surface Acoustic Wave Sensors (Winter 2010)

I wrote a research paper on surface acoustic wave sensors (SAWS) for a microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) class. SAWS are "a class of [MEMS] which rely on the modulation of surface acoustic waves to sense a physical phenomenon" according to the SAWS Wikipedia article (which I authored based on my research paper).
